Ordering, Rules & Pick-Up
Everything you need to know before placing an order. I want your treats to arrive perfect, fresh, and exactly how you imagined.
Delivery
I am more than willing to deliver! Delivery is charged at $3 per 10 miles round trip (miles to get there plus miles back). Just let me know your address when you place your order and I'll add the delivery fee to your quote. Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more.
Placing an Order
All orders require advance notice. Standard orders (cake pops, cookies, Oreos, pretzels, rice crispy treats) need at least 3–5 days' notice. Large orders and event boxes may need more — reach out early for weddings and big celebrations.
Chocolate-covered strawberries require 48 hours' notice and are always dipped the same day as pick-up so they're at their absolute freshest.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. A request or inquiry does not hold your date — my calendar fills on a first-paid, first-served basis.
I take a limited number of orders per week so everything is truly made to order. If your date is full, I'll offer the next available day.
Payment
- Full payment is due at booking for standard orders.
- Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 48 hours before pick-up.
- Payment is sent via invoice — you'll receive a secure invoice with your total before you pay, never after.
- Prices may vary with design complexity and quantity. Custom themes are always welcome — just know that detailed or fully custom designs may add to the listed price.
Custom Designs
- Include your colors, theme, and event date when ordering. Inspiration photos are welcome!
- I match themes and color palettes in my own style — I can take inspiration from photos, but I don't copy another baker's work exactly, and I can't reproduce licensed characters or logos.
- No design changes are permitted once an order is confirmed and paid — your order goes into production exactly as submitted.
Pick-Up
All orders are pick-up in Port Orange, FL. The exact address is shared once your order is confirmed.
- Please arrive within your scheduled pick-up window. Treats like dipped strawberries are time-sensitive and made to be picked up on schedule.
- If you're running late, text me as soon as you can. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled window without communication are considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued — everything was still made fresh for you.
- Please check your order at pick-up! Once it leaves with you, I can't be responsible for melting, tipping, or travel damage. (Pro tip: flat trunk or floorboard, A/C on — Florida heat is not a treat's friend.)
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before pick-up are allowed. Refunds are issued minus any non-refundable deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable once paid, since your date and supplies are reserved.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up receive no refund and no store credit — ingredients have already been purchased and your spot was held.
- Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled window without communication are forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- If I ever need to cancel due to emergency, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Freshness & Storage
Everything is baked and dipped as close to your pick-up as possible.
- Strawberries: best enjoyed within 24 hours. Refrigerate, and bring to room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
- Cake pops & dipped treats: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun — they keep beautifully for 3–5 days.
- Cookies: airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for later.
